Nişantaşı is one of the oldest districts in Istanbul.Its combinatian of the nostalgic,alongside the contemporary,

In the 18tb Century, during the period of Selim III and Mahmut II, Nişantaşı, was an uninbabited area wbere military drills took place.Nişantaşı takes its name from a time xben the Ottoman sultans would come bere for sbooting practice and would fire at ampborae, putting stones to mark the place.
